Craft is at the core of Ledbury Studio's designs. Every kitchen is handmade to order in the Wiltshire workshops, using traditional joinery techniques.
We choose materials for their integrity and potential for rich expression. Every material, whether a metal, stone or timber, behaves differently. Therefore we treat each as an opportunity to create something beautiful and highly functional.

Crafted with only the finest materials, each kitchen is built using timber hand-selected for grade and quality, to meet the highest standards of finish and ensure your kitchen will last a lifetime.
Through traditional artisan joinery methods, married with cutting-edge modern design, Ledbury Studio's furniture blends the warmth and comfort of a traditional kitchen, with a very contemporary design ethic.
Crisp, sharp detailing combines with precisely defined interfaces to deliver a spectacular and sophisticated result, which is stylish, elegant and totally functional. Something quite different to anything else.

Revealing materials in a new light
What truly sets Ledbury apart is our willingness to experiment and innovate.
We don’t work to catalogue finishes or fixed options. Rather, we develop new patinas for copper and other metals, design unique brass inlays, and collaborate with specialist makers across the country for one-off features. In the past, this method has created new features like our Francesca handle or an entirely new finish for stainless steel.
Each material is selected and treated to highlight its natural beauty and individuality, with stories and collaboration woven into every stage of the process.

Every Ledbury Studio kitchen is built to age gracefully, to be lived in fully and to reflect the character of the people who use it. It’s about creating something exceptional, made specifically for your home and your way of life.
The room Charlie has created for us is stunning. The copper cupboard fronts are like oil paintings, and take on different tones at different times of day or year, although my personal favourite feature is probably the fluted glass drinks cabinet, which has an almost art deco elegance to it when illuminated.
As well as looking beautiful, the kitchen is a joy to use, it somehow seems to make cooking quicker and easier than it ever was before! We love the room more and more each day!

Our dedication to detail is in every space we design. We only take on a small number of projects a year, which allows us the time to be generous with every collaborator. We can carefully imagine solutions, solve problems and perfect each detail.
