The Oxford Kitchen Table
Our client’s brief to Ledbury Studio was that she wanted a practical space for entertaining and cooking, but did not want it to look masculine or clinical. As she wanted a La Cornue range cooker, Charlie suggested a brushed stainless steel finish to the cabinets with aged and patinated brass accents to match the range and deliver a more warm and feminine look.
A more formal dining area was part of the brief, so Charlie designed a banquette seating area, with a round table made from bookmatched walnut.
