The St John's Wood Media Room

Following a disastrous flood in the basement of their St John’s Wood home, our clients asked us to redesign the space as a family area for cooking, eating and living. The design of the furniture is carried through to the media room to include fitted alcove cupboard glazed with opaque bronze glass, a built in TV,  and fireplace surround crafted from diamond quartzite and patinated brass. Charlie designed the kitchen area to take advantage of the morning sun, and separated the kitchen from the dining and living areas with a peninsular breakfast bar, the back of which forms upholstered bench seating for the dining table to make full use of the space.
